神田 Yunrin 雲林


I think that 雲林(yunrin) is the best Chinese restaurant in Japan!

It takes about 10 minutes walk from Kanda station.

The restaurant is in the second floor.

At first,amuse.
A scallop,cheese,etc.are wrapped in the pie, and we attached and ate plum sauce.
I thought that "amuse" is good!













Second,appetizer
This is wonderful !  I ate several appetizer.   I was delighted by an altogether different taste.
①beef,②pork of the highest (Kinka Buta),③dried mullet roe(Krasumi),④boiled well octopus, ⑤rare vegetables,⑥small river crab and tomato ⑦fresh fish ⑧abalone

















Next dish is shark fin.
This shark fin is larger than usual.

And next, a king crab(Tarabagani)!!
The sauce of crab miso is the highest.

And next,duck.
This dish is spicy and tasty.
And next is what rapped and fried the fish with the dried seaweed
This dried seaweed is special. The name is “Fukken Nori”.


The last dish are noodles.These noodles are also rare. Rare flour and Sichuan Japanese pepper are used. This is delicious.

GOYA is used for jelly.
Tea is tasty.
