Potato salad,,,,,fried bacon is impressive.

This is "Mozuku".

Fried of tuna with Japanese pepper.

This omelet whose “DASHI” was effective is very delicious.

It is good for there to be sake tasting.

• Left is 「義経（gikyo)」 made of Aichi.
• Middle is 「早瀬浦（hayaseura)」 made of Fukui.
• Right is 「麓井（fumotoi) 」 made of Yamagata.
