This chicken is very good!! The well burnt and juicy meat are the specialty dishes of this store. Another specialty is in this restaurant. It is the the fresh vegetables in Kawada plantation.

This restaurant is good for man or woman who is loving Japanese sake. There is a lot of kinds of Japanese sake. And, foods grilled on skewers are good scents ,and are very nice!

Grated radish is impressive.
Foods grilled on skewers are good scents ,and are very nice.

遊穂(Yuuho) is Japanese sake of Ishikawa Prefecture. White Japanese sake is my latest fashion.

超久(Cyoukyu) is the sake of Wakayama prefecture.
Yamada Nishiki (the name of rice)'s transparent feeling and taste are unbearable.

Hamonika Yokocyou opened in Mitaka. Hamonika Yokocyou is the famous Bar in Kichijyouji. Today,The famous Bars were expanded.

Yesterday, I had a meeting with my colleague in Omote-Sando.
The alcohol which I drink with friends is the best,even the restaurant is common taste.

This omelet whose “DASHI” was effective is very delicious.

新宿伊勢丹 セゾンファクトリー

I went to Saison Factory in Isetan of Shinjyuku. Saison Factory is food's company which items are good design. They have nice policy to the making. The staff is very friendly. They deal with  specialty Jam,Juice,Dressing,and Cheese. All items are delicious!



These are carrot and onion dressing, which bottles are nice design.
This is mango juice,.This bottle is also nice design. 
This cheese is delicious when slather it on bread.

新宿 Yoshimoto 吉本

I went to Yoshiomoto. That is fundamental Japanese sake restaurant place. With now, Japanese traditional restaurant stopped almost finding. But there is this place in Shinjyuku! Sashimi is delicious, and Japanese traditional meals are wonderful. I'd like to go there once more.

I went to "Chinkaku" for today's dinner with my colleague. It is near the Nishi-Ogikubo station.
It is Szechwan cuisine restaurant which is  hard to enter. Almost meals are large amount, inexpensive,and delicious.

新川 YUMEAN 夢庵

Today's dinner is "Yumean" which Japanese food restaurant in Sky-Lark group. "Ten-don"was delicious. And I cannot eat this taste at home. Also the price is 690 yen which valuable.

武蔵境 AKI 秋



I went to Yakiniku restaurant named Aki in Musashi-Sakai. It is about 2 minutes' walk from Musashisakai Station to there. I think it fortunate that it can dine out today also. I usually don't eat Yakiniku for my heavy stomach ,but today's my feeling is roast meat.

This is Namuru. Price is 290 yen.
This is Gyuusuji which famous Japanese food. Usually it is soy sauce taste,but this is salty and soup stock taste.  Delicious!

The omelet containing fried rice was slightly salty,but it was delicious. 


This tomato is sweet and fresh. delicious!

This is pear sherbet, the cocoa cake, and Kabosu mousse.

The salesclerk looked unsociable for a moment, but she prepared one  more chair  immediately after seeing many of my baggage.
The price was 1000 yen an omelet containing fried rice, a salad, soup, coffee, and with the dessert. 
I think that this is worthy.

大塚 SANPEI 三平


I went to restaurant named Sanpei in Otsuka today. I think that the meal with my friends is really delicious. Sanpei is the Hokkaido food restaurant. This is a rare place in which there is the scent of Showa. It takes 5 minute from station to there.

today's my dinner GAPAO RICE (ガパオライス)


I am lonely this evening. I cooked the supper for me. That is GAPAO Rice. It is Spicy minced chicken on rice with fried egg. It was very delicious.

















【recipe】

1.A garlic and red pepper are stir-fried. 
 (garlic:1 piece, red pepper:a teaspoon is full. )

2.Minced chicken and mushroom and paprika are stir-fried with No.1
 (minced chicken and mushroom:about 100 g each,paprika:about 50 g)

3.Sugar, nampla, oyster sauce, soy sauce and water are put into a frying pan.
 (except water: 2 cups of spoons,water:about 100 cc)

4.Basil is put into the frying pan. 
   (basil : about 50 g)

5.It stir-fries until moisture is lost. 

6.A fried egg is cooked with another frying pan. (a little much oil)

7.It dishes up and completes!!

I think that 雲林(yunrin) is the best Chinese restaurant in Japan!

It takes about 10 minutes walk from Kanda station.

The restaurant is in the second floor.

At first,amuse.
A scallop,cheese,etc.are wrapped in the pie, and we attached and ate plum sauce.
I thought that "amuse" is good!













Second,appetizer
This is wonderful !  I ate several appetizer.   I was delighted by an altogether different taste.
①beef,②pork of the highest (Kinka Buta),③dried mullet roe(Krasumi),④boiled well octopus, ⑤rare vegetables,⑥small river crab and tomato ⑦fresh fish ⑧abalone

















Next dish is shark fin.
This shark fin is larger than usual.

And next, a king crab(Tarabagani)!!
The sauce of crab miso is the highest.

And next,duck.
This dish is spicy and tasty.
And next is what rapped and fried the fish with the dried seaweed
This dried seaweed is special. The name is “Fukken Nori”.


The last dish are noodles.These noodles are also rare. Rare flour and Sichuan Japanese pepper are used. This is delicious.



















A Dessert are These.
GOYA is used for jelly.
Tea is tasty.
